How to vote in June 7 primary

Let’s get out the vote for our endorsed candidates! To vote in this spring’s primary elections you must be an Iowan who is registered to vote. And, in the State of Iowa, primaries are closed which means a voter will need to declare a party (Democrat or Republican) in order to participate in the primary. Primary winners will move on to the November 8, 2022 General Election. There are three ways to vote: Vote by mail!Request your vote by mail ballot here. Last day to request a ballot is May 23. Absentee ballots MUST be received at your auditor’s office or ballot drop box by the close of polls on election day.Early voting in personBegins May 18 – June 6.
